The acceptance of the AMC is contingent upon the condition of the machine at the time of acceptance. The duration of this agreement shall be ONE YEAR from the date of receiving the full earnest payment.
Machine Condition:
The controllers and machines must be in good working condition when the contract is accepted.
Customer Responsibilities:
The customer is required to ensure that the machine(s) or other facilities are available for servicing as per the agreement. In the event of any difficulty, the service date should be mutually rescheduled in advance. If no such rescheduling occurs, the service will be considered complete.
Breakdown Coverage:
While the AMC covers regular maintenance, machines may experience breakdowns. In such cases, our services will still be available at an additional cost.
Overhaul and Repairs:
We also offer overhauling and repair services for subassemblies/assemblies at an extra cost.
Spare Parts Stocking:
To minimize downtime, we recommend that the customer orders and stocks the required spare parts for Preventive Maintenance (PMC) in advance. A list of standard model spares is available online or can be provided upon request.
Our representative will provide this list when finalizing the contract.
Routine Maintenance:
The customer is expected to follow the maintenance guidelines provided in the machine manual to achieve optimal performance. Preventive maintenance will be conducted according to the agreed-upon format. Any additional work beyond the scope of regular preventive maintenance can be carried out at an extra cost.
Change of Ownership or Location:
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if there is a change in the ownership or location of the machine
Termination of Agreement:
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing one month’s advance notice. In such cases, the customer will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the advance for the unexpired portion of the agreement.
Overhauling Prior to PMC:
If the machine is overhauled before the commencement of the PMC, a lump-sum quotation for service charges will be provided, which may include concessional service charges.
Breakdown Visits Between AMC Service Visits:
If a breakdown occurs between scheduled AMC visits, the visit may either be adjusted within the total number of visits or, if preferred, can be charged separately.
